産後太ったので産後ダイエット開始! 8分筋トレダイエットやりつつ、温活。 足湯したり、美容鍼したり、マッサージ行ったり。 また来年美容鍼行こう(●´ω`●)

産後ダイエットで運動や食事制限などして痩せた方、運動ならいつやってましたか? 全然時間が見つからなくて時間配分がわかりません。 食事制限も量を少し抑えただけでお腹空くし血糖値下がるしで、全然うまくいきません。
