ダイエットのため家の中で出来る筋トレや有酸素運動をしています。 今の所、体重も体脂肪率も減ってはいますが、見た目をキレイに痩せるためにはプロテインなどを飲んだ方が効果的でしょうか?

プロテインSが53と低値でバイアスピリンを服用してました。 絨毛膜下血腫になり、6週入った頃に服用やめてます。 中期以降に血栓できて流産にならないか心配です。

夕飯は汁物のみ(土日は普通に食べる)、間食とジュースは生理中のみ、最低でも30分は筋トレ、トレ後はプロテイン、飲み物は基本水をやっていったら痩せれた🥺 やっと妊娠前の体重に戻れた…🥺
