YouTubeでダンスダイエットを始めたんですが、ラグの上でもフローリングの上でも足が滑ってしまいます。なにを敷けばいいでしょうか?ヨガマットとかですか? 一軒家なので騒音は気にしてません。

妊娠35週なのですが、 体重キープする方法や減量する方法 なんかないですか? ランニングや筋トレは厳しいので マッサージやヨガなど何かいい 方法ないですか?( •́ฅ•̀ ) この方法で出産までキープさせたとか 減量させたとか(>_<。)
