私の体重、、、 出産4日目56kg 出産14日目53kg 出産31日目55kg 先生に食生活を見直しましょうと言われました😩💦 増えてる事がやはりダメだったんでしょうか💧

和食中心の食生活を心がける……?🤔今日も卵かけご飯と納豆…カテゴリーで言ったら和食だから…たまに柑橘類も食べてるし… 自分のご飯にわざわざ和食用意する余裕なんてない😂
