子供の塩分て計算してますか?💦 1日3グラム、1食1g計算らしいですが うちは白米食べないので例えば食パンにチーズで出すとそれだけで1.2g、そこにおかずや汁物なんかあるとかなりオーバーしますよね😱 考えすぎですか?
