γ-gtpが高いです😭💦 お酒飲まないですがお菓子を食事代わりにしたりお昼は玄米ブランのみみたいな食生活を長くしています… これが原因なんですかね…😥 γ-gtp下げるにはどうしたらいいでしょうか??
