1日1時間のウォーキングは逆効果 という記事を見ました。 3食食後20分ウォーキングしてるのですが ※ダイエットというより血糖値を気にしてです 1日トータルで見た1時間でも健康には逆効果ですか? 又なぜ逆効果なのか教えてください!
