最近、唯一食べてたふりかけご飯まで食べなくなりましたー😭 毎日50gくらいのご飯と朝はヨーグルトとバナナ、昼はヨーグルトとみかん、夜はヨーグルトといちごで生きてます🥺 体重は減ってはないですが...イライラするし憂鬱です😣

妊娠8ヶ月です。なんだか今日はものすごくダルくて憂鬱で何もしたくないです。。こういう時ありますか? 家事いっぱいあるのに、罪悪感感じてしまいます。。 でも張ることもあるし、この後上の子達の習い事があるし、、いまだけ休んでていいですか、、😭
