最近緑の野菜は見た目だけで避けられてしまいます。 ちーっさくしてても知らぬ間に避けられてます…。 小松菜、ほうれん草、ブロッコリー等、食べてくれてたのに、鉄分不足が心配です。 何かいい方法ありますか? カレーやシチューの時は紛れるので食べてます。
