妊娠後期に入ってから体重が増加気味です🤮 (現在33週5日) 飲み物は絶対に麦茶しか飲んでないんですけど、 白飯を豆腐にするといいよとか朝はヨーグルトがいいよとか 皆さんの体重管理方法を教えてください😖 参考にしたいです🙏🏼❤︎
