離乳食中期です、 今帰省するため冷蔵庫に何もなくて タンパク質になるものがきな粉ぐらいしかありません💦 きな粉もタンパク質ですよね? また普段も、朝きな粉粥、夜は納豆などの組み合わせでも問題ないでしょうか?
